One Direction have only just jetted out to the US but Niall Horan's already feeling the strain.
The chart-topping band - who kick off their tour tonight - landed in Connecticut a couple of days ago and the Irish cutie's finding it hard to cope with life in a different time zone.
'Hello jetlag.. im niall..you woke me up at 7am....so now u can go away. ..' he Tweeted.
It's not the first time the 18-year-old's struggled to keep up with 1D's hectic lifestyle.
He took a while to adjust when the boys arrived home from Australia earlier this month.
'Woo jet lag just kicked in bigtime! felt like i jst ran into a brick wall ! need to sleep!' he wrote.
We're sure he'll be feeling much better in a couple of days.
